    I'm a mom of 2 human and 2 fur babies, working professional, crafter/creator, and lifelong learner pursuing my AI-ML certification.
    When life threw some additional curveballs—loss, grief, and unexpected turns—I found myself un-centered, unravelling, and drifting.
    That's what guided me to build this Six & Three system.
    I was tired of feeling scattered across a dozen responsibilities, reactive instead of intentional, busy instead of purposeful, going through different motions while feeling like a ball of tightly entangled emotions. Or like I was trying to balance millions of urgent things all at once and was (obviously!) spectacularly failing at something important all the time.
    The Six and Three system was born from my own need: structure that flows with life's chaos, not against it. Rhythm that moves with me. Routines that are not restrictions.
    It focuses on 6 essential life areas:
    Self Development (mental, physical, and spiritual well being), Relationships, Career/business, Finances, Quality of Life (experiences, hobbies, joy), Community & Giving
    We follow the Rule of Three: breaking big visions into 3 manageable goals. Morning intentions feed into evening reflections. Daily insights build weekly patterns. Monthly checkpoints build sustainable habits. It all works together.
